All of the Florida FTC kick-off events have been confirmed and we are ready to kick-off the 13th Florida FTC season.  The Florida FTC kick-off events will have a number of workshops that will help your team prepare for the season as well as some giveaways to the first teams to show up at the event on Saturday. If you are not able to attend one of the Florida FTC kick-off events, you can always participate in the FIRST online event that will be held at the Qualcomm campus in California.   1. FIRST Online Kick-off Event – If you are not able to attend. Don't miss the game reveal of SKYSTONE, presented by Qualcomm. Attend a FIRST® Tech Challenge kickoff celebration near you or watch the game reveal live on FIRSTtv on Saturday, September 7, at 11:30 a.m. ET.

    • Requirements: Teams should bring their robots, code, or notebooks from last year and discuss a particular mechanism, algorithm, or section they are most proud of.Groups will go through the workshops in two tracks, building and programming. Programming will lead directly into notebook, and building will lead into the SLIC (Student Leadership Innovation Council) table. Groups will swap between notebook and the SLIC table after 30 minutes.
